Title: Fresh Pear Chutney

2cFinely chopped peeled cored Bosc pears, (about 3 large
1/4cFinely chopped fresh mint
2tbFinely chopped red bell pepper
1tbFinely chopped jalapeno chile
2tsMinced peeled fresh ginger
1 Garlic clove minced
1/4cCider vinegar
2tbHoney

Combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk vinegar and honey in small bowl to blend. Stir into pear mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) NOTES : Makes about 2 cup
